Digital Whisper - Weekly Challenge "share"

This week, at Digital Whisper - Kimmie kindly gave us a photo of an Iris in her garden - how PINK can a flower be!???

Our challenge was to create something around the subject of "share" - after a little fiddling I created a wallpaper/background shown below and I'm going to share it with you!

Apple Blossom Challenge

So this week at Digital Whisper our challenge was to take this plain blossomy image below -

and create a digital masterpiece. I chose to deep etch the blossom and leaves (discarding the fence background and came up with this image below. Lots of nice filters, layer changes - pretty happy with this one!

I wish I had more time to devote to my Digital Whisper "Days of Christmas challenge" I totally ran out of time! Thoroughly enjoyed it tho and hopefully this means I'll be more inclined to DO some challenges from now on. Hope everyone has had a wonderful relaxing Christmas!
